Supervision

According to the Bulgarian legislation author's supervision in all parts of the investment project is needed for all construction works from first to fifth category including. The way and the sequence of the author's supervision during construction is determined by an additional contract between the Employer and the engineer. It is not mandatory that the author’s supervision is done by the same engineer that prepared the report. Only his permission and agreement is needed.
